We have made a number of custom gas cells for customers.  One shown below has two high vacuum ports for connecting the gas cell to a high vacuum system or connecting the gas cell to a high volume gas connection in and out of the gas cell. 

We also have built gas cells into a process pipe.  Think about the ports shown below on the opposite sides of the cell body with each port connected in line with a process stream.  The port sized can be a large as you need.
